Our work-based learning program, Junior Staff, provides paid on-the-job-training and real world work experiences for teens ages 14-15+. Junior Staff assist Program Leaders in providing fun activities to youth at the Club. They help keep the Club safe, clean, and organized. They also get on-going professional development training to help them gain employability and life skills that will help them throughout their lives.
Junior Staff positions are available at most of our Club sites; however, the number of positions is limited. Please note that applicants must be at least 14 years old due to state employment laws. All 14-15 year old workers need a work permit to participate.
To learn more about the Junior Staff program you can contact Jeremy Higgins, Director of Workforce Development, at Jeremy.Higgins@bgclubpc.org or 715-341-4386.
