Congratulations to Ally Marx for being the March Staff of the Month!

Ally has been a fantastic support and addition to the Truancy program as an intern over the past two months. She is loved by all students and does a beautiful job at making students feel welcomed and valued. Ally is reliable, supportive, and always looking for more ways to help.

She has created a job/future career board in the homework center, words of affirmation walls, and in the bathroom and created a space for mental health support numbers. She is always willing to help when needed and adapts to all of the new and changing situations we encounter.

She has done a phenomenal job at creating relationships with students by being supportive, encouraging, holding them accountable, and remembering important events in students' lives like job interviews, birthdays, or tests! I believe that she is a wonderful role model to other staff and students!
