Congratulations to Makayla Ripple for being our October Staff of the Month!
Makayla is someone who is always willing to step in and do whatever needs to be done. She helps out at other sites when needed, comes in when we need extra help, and has been a fantastic role model for the members whom she interacts with. Makayla always displays an exceptional work ethic and is one of the most reliable staff.
For over a year, she can be counted on to work wherever it is needed most. She is always on top of her work and keeps her eyes and ears open for where else she can be helpful. The BGC would not be the same without her and we are truly lucky to have such a stellar staff member!
