Congratulations to Lizzy Bahler for being the April Staff of the Month!

Lizzy is amazing with our first and second-grade group at the Berard Center. She is great at using attention getters and making club fun for everyone. She is also good at behavior management, specifically using the expected vs. unexpected model. Lizzy is always going over expectations when needed and is a rockstar at transitions. Since Lizzy had to cut back her hours and become a sub, she has been great at picking up shifts for other people and picking up hours on no school days. Congrats Lizzy!
