Congratulations to Dakota Kelz for being the January Staff of the Month!

Dakota is a beloved staff at the Plover Center and is the only staff who consistently works with all three age groups due to Club member demand for him in all groups. He is known for being an artist, and he always brings his art skills to the Club. Last fall, he even ran a 6-week Music Makers program, teaching Club members fundamental skills in the Grage Band app to create their music.

Over the last year, Dakota has done a tremendous job developing relationships with Club members. His patience is extraordinary, and he does such a great job working through problems with Club members and creating teachable moments! Dakota is also very reliable and flexible: he is always willing to pick up a sub shift for a coworker and goes with the flow of Club, helping out wherever needed.

Dakota is so reliable that he often still shows up to the Plover Center to volunteer on his days off just because he loves the Club and the kids!
