Programs in this area develop fitness and encourage physical activity among members to promote a healthy lifestyle for them and their families. By being physically active members can reduce stress, active the brain for learning, discover activities they enjoy with their family and friends, and create positive social and interpersonal skills.
The Boys & Girls Club offers a wide variety of programs and activities for members to stay healthy and physically fit. Healthy Habits, walking in the park, community events, team building activities, intra-club sports leagues, daily gym/sports activities, and social recreation game room activities.
